 At a place like Nike, it can be easy to forget the value of your work if it's not sexy. No one ever reads about that one Marketing Ops person who was critical to that last campaign hitting the market on-time and under budget.  But, it's those people

About to launch a new business tool for the Global Brand Marketing Team (GBMT), Nike was looking for a way to create initial excitement, but also something that would continue into the adoption period to encourage full engagement.  

The new tool was one of the first steps in the shift towards achieving one of Nike's biggest business goals. Successful adoption was critical to accelerating Brand Marketing's ability to plan and react to consumer needs.

 I wanted to create a program that spoke to the reason they do what they do everyday. Something that conjured up feelings of pride and envoked a feeling of being part of something bigger than themselves, something important.
